Exam types

The kind of imaging study an exam is. OIDM codes it with LOINC today and has no exam type artifact of its own; this directory records the goals and the building blocks.

• Exam types - What an exam type is meant to become in OIDM, the goals stated for it since 2022, what the LOINC/RSNA Radiology Playbook actually is, and the three places exam type codes do work today.
• Existing building blocks for exam types - Everything that exists today across the OIDM repositories that a future exam type layer could stand on, with its source, its status, and what it does not do.
